This split cd is the second split cd on anaphylactic shock (after the Internal Empty/anaphylaxis split). This release finds both D-503 and anaphylaxis using the sounds of skipping and otherwise manipulated compact discs to create very different atmospheres.

This cd-r was released in cardboard folded packaging, and was limited to 30 copies. It is now out of print.

      sample-just about every song off of ep7 by autechre [hence the name, which is an anagram of "autechre"]

  4. (dr niebla theme)
      samples-$300, blame and the incumbent, all by soul coughing of off their album el oso [spontaneously recorded while playing the cd through audiomulch, relying heavily on the 'js minisample' plugin]

      source: "Silver" by Starflyer 59. Fast-forwarded/"rewound" cd run through Danelectro Dan-Echo delay pedal, samples layered. Title taken from J. Edward Keyes's liner notes in the SF59 boxed set.

      source: "Fear of a Black Planet" by Public Enemy. Samples run through Windows Sound Recorder.

      source: 12 cds chosen at random from my cd collection. Also used pitch and optical theremins on this track.
