liner notes:
Most of this album was recorded during basketball games at the college where I was employed at the time. That's where a lot of the samples come from-- screaming players, cheerleaders, crowd noise, etc. I was employed in a capacity that required me to attend these games and keep statistics. I was continually dismayed to see people making complete idiots of themselves over these games. I was also very frustrated with the job for various reasons, not all of which were sports-related. It's probably safe to say that recording this album was difficult, but the end result, as nasty and loud as it is, was rewarding. For me, anyway. Your results may vary.
